Using this site

These terms cover your use of the Private Health Insurance Seffner website. We are based in Seffner, FL. By reading or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

General information, not advice for you

Our pages explain coverage, premiums, deductibles and benefits in general terms. That is a starting point, not a recommendation for your situation. Two people with the same income can need very different plans.

Carriers set plan details, prices and rules, and they change them. The plan documents from the carrier are what count. If something on this site differs from those documents, the documents win.

Reading or calling does not start coverage

Nothing on this site, and nothing said on a phone call, puts a plan in place. Coverage starts only after enrollment is complete and the carrier accepts it. ACA marketplace plans also follow open enrollment dates and special enrollment rules set outside our control.

How we are paid

There is no fee for the consultation. It costs you nothing to have us check, because we are paid by the company you choose, not by you. You are never required to buy a plan after a call.

The only way to reach us is by calling (813) 592-4474. We do not take requests through this site. What you choose to share on a call is used to compare plans for you, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and limits

We work to keep the site current, but it may contain errors or dated details. The site is offered as is. To the extent Florida law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on site content alone without talking to us or reading the carrier's plan documents.

Our content and changes to these terms

The text and design on this site belong to us. You may read and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy them for commercial use.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
